Absolutely awful dealership. I bought a demo bike from this dealership (Beta 350rr 2017) that I was told would be like new and never raced, only riden gently to show people the bike. Well right away I received the bike with a handful of problems including:
Leaking brakes
Crooked steering
Bent radiators
Dry air filter
Sand behind the airfilter (engine side)
Stalled on idle
Loose bolts across the bike
Broken display that was put back together the wrong way by the dealership.

They eventually agreed to take the bike and fix all the issues on it. They most certainly did not look at the bike or try very hard to fix it as on my second ride with the bike it broke down, and after a short investigation starting at the spark plug, I discovered the coil pack pins, connectors, and spark plug wire were all rotten, so rotten in fact that the pin was completely missing. The wire that went from the coil pack to the wiring harness was also so rotten, it's connector pin had fallen off, and I was left with some loose frayed wires only. A clear sign of poor maintenance from the dealership and an outright lie, after being told my bike would be completely serviced and have no problems.

The whole time I have been dealing with all of this I've had to continuously call the dealership, as they have never called me back, even when they said they would.

Overall this is the worst experience I have ever had buying from a dealership. I have been lied too about the condition of my bike and I have been lied too about the bike being properly serviced. I was not sold what I thought I was buying and the dealership just does not seem to care about their customers, or the fact that they are lying to their customers.

Great group of people here! Always go above and beyond. I would recommend these guys to anybody in the market for an ATV or sled!

I normally don't put reviews up but I purchased a Kawasaki Voyager from Rockland Wheels. I was not willing to buy a bike at that price without trying it. I had seen they had an older 1700 classic for sale and I wanted to try it to get a feel for the engine, instead, the sales staff proposed I try a new Vaquero instead which was great. I ended up buying the bike and didn't have to go far to get what I wanted and the staff was friendly. On the parts side of things, they had no trouble getting me parts for my 1982 Honda Odyssey unlike other dealers in the region that brushed me off forcing me to argue with them to get the parts I needed.

I shopped around at a few Honda powersports dealers in Ottawa and was left feeling a bit uneasy, until I visited Rockland Wheels. They didn't have my bike in stock but were able to order exactly what I was looking for. Thumbs up to Jeff Gauthier for all his help!
